What we collect

  • Account information: your name, email address, and organization membership.
  • Company data your organization enters: business profile, logo, pricing, contract text, and integration settings.
  • Customer and project data your reps enter to build presentations: homeowner names, contact details, addresses, roof measurements, photos, quotes, and — when a customer signs — their name, signature image, and timestamp.
  • Usage signals tied to presentations, such as how many times a share link was opened and when.

How we use it

Solely to operate the Service: authenticating users, rendering presentations, calculating quotes, capturing signatures, sending data to integrations your company configures, and billing subscriptions. We do not sell personal information or use your customer data for advertising.

Who processes it

We rely on a small set of service providers to run Teto:

  • Clerk — authentication and organization management
  • Neon (AWS) — database hosting
  • Vercel — application hosting
  • Stripe — subscription billing
  • OpenAI — only when the optional roof-color visualization is used on a photo
  • Zapier or other webhook endpoints — only where your company configures an integration, and only the fields Teto documents for that integration

Share links

Presentation share links are unguessable URLs that render a specific presentation to whoever holds the link. Companies choose when to create and send them. Opening a share link records a view count and timestamp for the company that owns the presentation.

Retention & your rights

Company data is retained while the subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward to allow reactivation or export. Companies can edit or delete their quotes and profile at any time. Homeowners whose information was entered by a roofing company should direct requests to that company, which controls the data; we assist companies in honoring such requests.
